All 11 reviewers rated GS Contractors five stars. They consistently praise the team for meticulous prep work, quality finishes, and punctual delivery. Staff communicate throughout projects, clean up thoroughly, and listen to feedback. Reviewers note owners are a pleasure to work with and have used the company repeatedly for painting, interior design, and general remodeling.
Reviewers consistently experience fast response times and skilled work across emergency repairs, renovations, and remodeling. Wesley and Charles lead a crew known for showing up on weekend emergencies, finishing reliably ahead of schedule, and leaving sites clean. One complaint centers on roof snow removal pricing: a $3,600 minimum (4 hours at $900/hour) was charged despite completing the job in 3 hours with incomplete coverage, leaving the customer questioning the billing structure. Kitchen and cabinet work surfaces rarely in the reviews provided, though the company's website lists Kitchen Remodel among its services. Most detailed praise focuses on emergency plumbing, water damage, roof repairs, deck conversion, and basement remodeling. The company operates 24/7 and draws particular note for afternoon-and-evening availability uncommon in the trade.
United Cabinets earns strong praise for custom cabinetry quality and attentive service; most reviewers credit designer Carmen, owner Luke, and installers (Jose, Jonathan, Jason, Keith, Kevin) with professionalism and precision. Two older one-to-two-star reviews cite installation mishaps and slow warranty repairs, but 90% five-star ratings and repeat customers suggest these are exceptions.
