Terms for using this site

These terms apply to Connecticut Kitchen Guide, an independent directory of kitchen remodeler businesses in Connecticut published by True Level Media. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see how we rank); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No endorsement

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Referral disclosure

This site may route enquiries to listed businesses or partners and may receive referral fees for doing so. Fees never affect scores or rankings: those are computed from public review data under the published rubric, and no payment can change them.

Listing corrections and removals

Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.

Acceptable use

Use the site to research businesses and send genuine enquiries. Scraping or republishing the compiled directory content, submitting false enquiries, interfering with the site’s operation, and any unlawful use are all prohibited.

Intellectual property

The compiled directory, editorial text, scores, and presentation are owned by True Level Media. The underlying reviews belong to their authors and remain on the platforms where they were published; we store derived analysis, not review text. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

True Level Media provides the site as-is and, so far as the law permits, is not responsible for losses that follow from using it, relying on it, or hiring a business found through it. When you engage a listed business, that relationship is directly between you and the business. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

The laws of United States govern these terms. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United States.

Changes to these terms

The published version of this page, with its date, is the current version of these terms; we may revise it from time to time, and continued use of the site counts as acceptance. For questions, reach us at hello@truelevelmedia.com.
