Jason and his team deliver consistent quality across kitchen, bathroom, and exterior work, with reviewers consistently citing straightforward communication, attention to detail, and willingness to fix issues without excuses. They handle complex projects (full renovations, insurance claims, tree removal) as smoothly as straightforward jobs, and their responsiveness and accountability set them apart from contractors who overpromise and disappear.

Reviewers consistently experience attentive design consultations and professional, fast installation. Named designers like Lara, Paulette, Hilary, Frank, and Kieran spend time understanding client vision. Installers complete work efficiently and clean up after themselves. Work spans closets, pantries, mudrooms, and laundry rooms across greater West Connecticut. The main caveat is their sales approach: they quote high list prices then offer steep discounts and additional incentives to sign same-day, which some find off-putting. Minor quality inconsistencies (peg holes) have occurred but do not dominate sentiment.
