Most visitors praise IKEA's selection, prices, and in-store experience, with particular strength in kitchen design planning. One designer, Jade Li, earned specific recognition for solving complex layout challenges. Complaints focus on assembly service quality and occasional pickup delays; some reviewers note furniture dimensions feel undersized.
All six reviews are five-star, with customers consistently praising Chris (the owner) and installers for punctuality, friendliness, and fair pricing. Customers report drawers and storage solutions that make kitchens more organized and functional, with warranties backing the work.
Review evidence is limited. The business lists modern kitchen design, remodeling, and installation services; their website states they are an authorized dealer for The Galley Workstation and serve New Haven.
Reviewers consistently encounter capable crews who show respect for both the work and the home. Kitchen jobs, bathroom renovations, and basement finishes all came out to magazine standards, with staff sending updates and cleaning up daily. One drawback: early timeline promises were missed by months on a deck project, though the final quality satisfied the customer anyway. Fabian, the owner, and crew members including Dennis and Harvey are named repeatedly for professionalism and problem-solving. The business handles permits, catches blueprint errors, adapts to mid-project changes, and works well around families. Prices strike reviewers as fair given the quality; one customer described them as "absolutely incredible" for a full house restoration.
