All 16 reviews are five-star. Klodian and the KB Build team are consistently praised for custom cabinetry quality, direct communication, and on-time delivery. Customers highlight their willingness to advise on cost savings, adapt to changes mid-project, and remain responsive after completion. No negative themes emerge across reviews spanning multiple project types.
DLZ Architectural Millwork has been operating since 2011 and offers custom cabinetry, countertops, and design work in the Hartford area. Review evidence is limited, so we cannot speak to their track record on this basis.
Pistritto earns consistent five-star reviews for countertop expertise and personal attention. Reviewers name Sabrina, Luciano, and Mariella repeatedly for guiding material choices, precise templating, and quick problem-solving on chips or repairs years after install.
Staff like Rabia, Rose, and Megan stand out for patience and knowledge, walking customers through 3D design options with care. Most buyers praise cabinet quality and value, though one detailed complaint describes severe installation failures, wall damage, gaps, and unresponsiveness when problems arose, suggesting installation execution can be a weak point despite strong sales-side experience. The business serves repeat customers and newcomers to kitchen design alike. Named staff members excel at layout consultation and color matching. Cabinets themselves ship unassembled, leaving room for installation errors if handled carelessly. One reviewer contrasted this unfavorably with pre-assembled competitors.
