What do recent reviews say?

Most reviewers praise the design work and final product, with Fozia and Huma earning consistent recognition for knowledge and customer service. However, two one-star reviews detail significant install quality problems-damaged cabinetry and subcontractor mistakes-with complaints that follow-up was slow or defensive. The business appears strongest on the design and sales side; execution can be uneven.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Galaxy's team earns consistent praise for speed, professionalism, and straightforward pricing that includes labor upfront. Installers arrive on time, work cleanly, and staff like Omar, Jose, and Aida handle most jobs smoothly. One significant complaint flagged poor guidance on bathroom tile requirements and defensive communication when the customer raised concerns. The business excels at rush jobs and custom carpet sourcing within days. Flooring dominates their reviews far more than kitchens or bathrooms, though their website claims kitchen remodeling services. Most customers describe hassle-free transactions, though the tile incident suggests gaps when customers are unsure what they need.
