Bruno and Victor lead a team that consistently delivers full kitchen overhauls and custom cabinet work to tight spaces in Connecticut. Reviewers praise their step-by-step design process, hands-on attention to detail, and willingness to walk homeowners through every choice from countertop to backsplash. Pricing draws repeated praise for being fair; jobs finish on schedule or early, with clean worksite habits throughout.

Most customers report smooth, well-communicated projects with Kayo's team completing work on time and on budget, with meticulous cleanup and craftsmanship that impressed homeowners. One significant complaint detailed electrical and plumbing work that failed code inspection, forcing costly remediation. The owner is prominently mentioned by name and praised for professionalism and responsiveness, though worksite safety and code compliance deserve scrutiny. Kitchen remodels specifically drew praise for professional execution and clear communication. Deck work dominated the review volume and showed consistent quality, though the business serves multiple trades. The single one-star review highlights material risks in electrical and plumbing scope that prospective customers should investigate directly with references.
