Review evidence is limited. Home Improvements of Ct LLC is a Danbury-based licensed and insured contractor claiming over 40 years in the trades. Their website lists services primarily in general maintenance, siding, decking, and trim rather than detailed kitchen remodeling services.
W&DD HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC delivers reliable home repairs with clear communication and prompt execution. Reviewers consistently praise the owner's technical knowledge, fair pricing, and detail-oriented work across deck and structural repairs.
Most clients encounter rapid, professional service with named technicians who communicate clearly and clean up thoroughly. One significant complaint involved a two-year reconstruction project with alleged corner-cutting on roofing, improper subcontracting, and unresponsiveness to follow-up calls; the reviewer pursued legal action. The team (Mark Hatfield, Quacian, Evan, Greg, Lisa, Sean among others) handles water damage, mold, and restoration work with consistent praise for speed and detail. Insurance coordination is noted as a strength. The 4.8-star average masks a sharp divide: 93% five-star reviews versus isolated severe complaints tied to large reconstruction jobs.
