Reviewers consistently report on-time, well-organized projects with strong workmanship and friendly, professional crews. Josh Onofrio leads the team with transparent communication and problem-solving during complex renovations. One recent complaint: a punch-list item (bathroom door painting) promised four months prior remained incomplete and unreturned calls went unanswered, though most projects complete as agreed and within budget.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All five reviews are five-star. Reviewers praise Josh, Deb, and Ciarra for responsiveness, honest communication, and patient guidance through the design process. Projects ranged from galley-to-open-concept kitchens to full remodels completed on schedule, with no complaints recorded.
Design work earned praise, but painting quality fell short enough to require a $1,000 professional repaint. Review evidence is limited to one account.
Strong performers on completed work: five-star reviews consistently praise Jose and his crew for precise tiling, hardwood refinishing, kitchen and bathroom finishes done on time and on budget, with daily cleanup. However, a sharp divide emerges in how they handle inquiry. Negative reviews cluster around hostile reactions when customers ask for competing quotes or seek transparency, with reviewers describing cursing, rudeness, and accusations of wasting time. Repeat clients who commit early report excellent service.
