Most jobs wrap in a day with crews arriving early and leaving properties spotless; owners and staff earn consistent praise for professionalism and attention to detail. Two older disputes highlight communication gaps during scheduling and warranty disagreements after installation, though one complainant noted the owner called back to discuss the concern. The bulk of recent experience centers on roofing work, with kitchen remodeling not clearly evidenced in current reviews.
All nine reviews praise KM General Renovation LLC for punctual, professional work completed within budget and without surprises. Kelvin and his crew stand out for cleaning up after themselves, listening closely to customer vision, and solving problems creatively across carpentry, painting, bathroom remodels, and broader home improvements.
When Fernando runs the job, the work is solid: full kitchen and bathroom remodels done on budget, on time, with careful cleanup and open communication. The recent one-star review signals a shift: new management (Cinco) has left customers waiting for quotes and unresponsive. Past work shows skill in structural changes, tile, flooring, and painting.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
