Google Business Profile is the source for the business data shown here, last checked 2026-09-09.
One reviewer reported severe delays, structural mistakes, and poor execution across multiple systems including drywall, plumbing, and flooring. Work was not completed to plan, and the owner reportedly became upset when issues were raised. Another five-star review offers no detail. Evidence is limited and contradictory.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Review evidence is limited. This business specializes in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation, not kitchen remodeling. The directory categorization appears to be a mismatch.
Rick's Plumbing delivers reliable service across a range of water system work. Named technicians like Jonathan, Lee, and Nick show up on schedule, handle jobs cleanly, and solve problems without unnecessary wall damage or delays. Customers regularly praise the team's professionalism and willingness to explain options clearly before starting work. Kitchen plumbing features prominently in recent jobs: dishwasher and faucet installations, sink replacements, and repairs. The business operates across Fairfield County, fields emergency calls on weekends, and maintains strong relationships with local trade partners. Pricing discounts are offered on water heater and sump pump installations.
Regular customers and design consultants praise the cabinet quality and Joey's responsiveness, with many booking repeat projects. However, a parallel stream of detailed complaints documents measurement errors, crooked/unlevel installations, failure to waterproof bathrooms, and hostile refusals to remedy work after payment. The gap between five-star and one-star reviews reflects stark differences in installer quality or follow-through.
