Across dozens of projects, Advanced Construction earns praise for delivering on schedule, keeping sites clean, and responding promptly to questions. Their team (David, Altin, Alyssa lead) handles everything from kitchen updates and deck replacement to historic home restoration, and reviewers consistently note pride in craftsmanship and genuine care for outcomes. Communication is a strength in field work, though at least one caller reported a poor phone greeting. Reviewers cite speedy turnarounds on additions and interior updates. The Mystic crew works across Eastern Connecticut and down to New York; a few mention feeling listened to during design phases and consulted through every step.
Most projects finish on time with crew members who show up reliably and leave the workspace clean each day. Homeowners consistently praise Thiago (the owner) for responsiveness, fair pricing, and a team whose work is polished enough to rival magazine spreads. One buyer under contract reported a two-week wait for an estimate, though the overwhelming majority experienced quick turnaround and clear communication via a dedicated point of contact. Kitchen remodels receive particular mention for attention to structural detail: wall removal, beam installation, flooring, and new cabinetry executed smoothly while residents stayed in the home. The business also handles decks, patios, siding, and exterior work with the same finish-quality standard.
