Quality Woodworks performs custom cabinet work in Connecticut, but reviews show persistent quality problems. Paint peels and finishes chip within a few years; the owner does not respond to complaints and declines warranty coverage. Projects run months over schedule, especially if commercial work takes priority.
Pro Counters has delivered 367 consecutive five-star reviews by combining reliable scheduling with courteous crews who finish quickly and leave worksites clean. Named installers (Lucas, Michael, Luis, JuJu, Jose) and front-office staff (Emily, Zev) earn repeated praise for professional demeanor and attention to detail, while repeat customers and commercial partners like Paul Davis Restoration cite their dependability on multiple projects. The business handles quartz, granite, and other countertop materials across Ansonia, managing everything from material selection through measurement to final installation. Reviewers consistently note flawless seams, undefeated timekeeping, and the crew's willingness to explain the work and protect flooring during jobs. No material complaints emerge in the sample.
