What do recent reviews say?

Installation crews arrive polite and organized, lay down floor protection, and finish clean. Sage, Sadie, and the templating crew (including Rangel) are named repeatedly for patience, clear explanations, and accurate measurements that get countertops installed in under five days. One recent complaint highlights a cracked bathroom sink months after install; the customer reports three weeks of unreturned calls and emails, suggesting the business may struggle with after-sale follow-up for older projects.

Stone selection spans granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and soapstone available in-store or by sample order. The Naugatuck showroom accommodates trucks. Reviewers praise the balance of quality materials and reasonable costs. Seams are described as nearly invisible. Crews handle undermount sink installation. From partial kitchen updates to full remodels, the team consistently delivers finished work that exceeded expectations.
