Closets by Design West Connecticut

4.9(337)✓ Google-verified

Reviewers consistently experience attentive design consultations and professional, fast installation. Named designers like Lara, Paulette, Hilary, Frank, and Kieran spend time understanding client vision. Installers complete work efficiently and clean up after themselves. Work spans closets, pantries, mudrooms, and laundry rooms across greater West Connecticut. The main caveat is their sales approach: they quote high list prices then offer steep discounts and additional incentives to sign same-day, which some find off-putting. Minor quality inconsistencies (peg holes) have occurred but do not dominate sentiment.

BH Solutions, LLC

4.9(56)✓ Google-verified

Reviewers consistently report polished, detail-focused work on complex renovations. Kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, and tilework complete on schedule with daily cleanup. Ruben (owner) and Milton (project lead) drive strong client relationships through responsiveness, transparency on costs, and willingness to refine details mid-project. One complaint about door-to-door sales does not reflect core service quality. BH Solutions delivers across multi-trade coordination: plumbing, electrical, masonry, tilework, carpentry, and painting all handled in-house or through vetted subcontractors. Crews arrive on time (often before 8 a.m., stay late when needed), protect customer property, and solicit feedback before changes. Insurance claim navigation and emergency response noted as standout strengths.
