Precise LLC

4.6(60)✓ Google-verified

Precise delivers strong kitchen and bathroom work when its skilled trades show up, but timelines slip badly and ownership fails to follow through on promises. Marvin and Joshua have earned consistent praise for finish quality and professionalism; Franco excels at mold inspection and customer handholding. Serious red flags emerge around deposit policies that contradict Connecticut law, frequent project delays stretching weeks beyond estimate, incomplete work left for owners to finish, and owners who ignore follow-up requests. The business covers too much ground with too few experienced people and insufficient equipment infrastructure.
