Most jobs run on time and on budget, with staff like Matt Cowan, Melvin, Anthony, James, and Henry earning consistent praise for professionalism and clean daily cleanup. Two reviewers reported budget surprises and pressure to cover costs themselves, one describing a $2,500 deposit dispute as a scam. The gap between the 83% five-star majority and the 17% one/two-star minority suggests quality can be inconsistent or client expectations sometimes misalign early on.
