Staff arrive on time, complete jobs quickly, and leave no mess behind. Service spans kitchen work and broader home tasks, with named technicians Alejandro and Charlie earning repeated praise for communication and attention to detail.
Most projects finish on time with crew members who show up reliably and leave the workspace clean each day. Homeowners consistently praise Thiago (the owner) for responsiveness, fair pricing, and a team whose work is polished enough to rival magazine spreads. One buyer under contract reported a two-week wait for an estimate, though the overwhelming majority experienced quick turnaround and clear communication via a dedicated point of contact. Kitchen remodels receive particular mention for attention to structural detail: wall removal, beam installation, flooring, and new cabinetry executed smoothly while residents stayed in the home. The business also handles decks, patios, siding, and exterior work with the same finish-quality standard.
Every review is five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Travis and Erica for showing up on time, keeping a tidy workspace, and delivering meticulous work across diverse projects. Communication and responsiveness stand out; Erica manages timelines and updates proactively, while both build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat bookings and strong word-of-mouth.
Most customers praise Express Kitchens for attentive design consultants and skilled installation crews who deliver quality cabinets and countertops at competitive prices. A minority report serious post-installation friction: one customer faced shipping errors, contested billing, and unresolved follow-up across two locations, leaving them out of pocket.
Most customers praise Yankee Remodeler for skilled work, clear communication during projects, and reliable on-time, on-budget delivery. Named staff like Mike Mahoney and Pete Doherty built strong reputations. However, recent complaints highlight slow response to initial inquiries, staff professionalism gaps, and a reported dismissal of an accessibility request from a potential client with a disability.
All 13 reviews are five-star, praising T.J. Nelson for reliable delivery, honest dealing, and quality work across kitchens, baths, additions, and roofing. Customers value Ted's transparency and the crew's skill, with several noting long-term relationships spanning decades.
Nate handles renovation work with consistency and care. His single review praises reliability, communication, site cleanup, and fair pricing across multiple projects.
